Druid Wins Awards for The Beauty Queen of Leenane and Waiting for Godot at Irish Times Irish Theatre Awards 2017

The 20th annual Irish Times Irish Theatre Awards took place last night at the National Concert Hall, Dublin.

Druid was nominated for five awards and took home two:

Best Director – Garry Hynes for The Beauty Queen of Leenane by Martin McDonagh and Waiting for Godot by Samuel Beckett.

Best Supporting Actor – Rory Nolan for his role as Pozzo in Waiting for Godot by Samuel Beckett.
