The Druid and Atlantic Theater co-production of Martin McDonagh’s The Cripple of Inishmaan has received three nominations in the prestigious Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Awards.
The award nominations are:
- Outstanding Ensemble
- Outstanding Production
- Outstanding Featured Performance for actor Dermot Crowley’s portrayal of JohnnyPateenMike.
The Cripple of Inishmaan ran for four weeks in LA’s Center Theatre Group’s Kirk Douglas Theatre from April 5 – May 1, 2011. The play was a complete sell out and was attended by Kirk Douglas himself.
The award winners will be announced on March 19, 2012.
