Druid is delighted to announce that their production of Martin McDonagh’s The Cripple of Inishmaan has received eleven nominations for a selection of prestigious New York theatre awards Lucille Lortel, Outer Critics Circle, Drama League and Drama Desk.
Aaron Monaghan and Kerry Condon both scooped a Lucille Lortel Award after winning in the Outstanding Featured Actor & Actress categories.
The Drama Desk organisation which is made up of theatre writers and critics also bestowed a special award, Outstanding Ensemble Performance, upon the stellar cast.

The Lucille Lortel Awards recognise outstanding achievement off-Broadway while the Drama Desk, Drama League and Outer Critics Circle Awards are presented to theatrical productions and performances both on Broadway and off-Broadway. The winners of all these awards will be announced in May.
