The Playboy of the Western World & Shadow of the Glen

In October 2008 Druid will tour a double bill of our award-winning and critically-acclaimed productions of John Millington Synge’s The Playboy of the Western World and The Shadow of the Glen. These two plays formed the core of DruidSynge, the most universally praised production in Druid’s history.

 

This double bill will be presented in some of the most prestigious theatres in North America and is presented with the support of Culture Ireland.

 

Druid would also like to acknowledge the support of the Galway University Foundation .
